Call Restrictions in Detail

 Inbound call restrictions

– Block third party calls

– Block collect calls

– Block both (default action)

– No blocking

 Outbound call restrictions

– Block international calls

– Block 900 area code calls

– Block international and 900 area code calls

 All blocking done at the account level (not per PRI or DID)

 Outbound call restrictions often implemented on PBX

– No need for PRI interaction

– Easier for customer to change if need be

– Can be more granular
