13.0 Troubleshooting

Release/Renew WAN IP

From System menu click on Details.

Select the WAN tab.

Release: releases the IP lease form the

SAM

Renew: requests a new IP lease from the

SAM

Ping Test

From Advanced on the IP Networking

menu select the Routing tab.

Click Ping.

The Ping screen will display.

Enter an IP and then click Start Ping

Processing.

Viewing Single Line Stats

To View Single Line Sync Rates, log into the DDR2200 via the following IP address

 http://192.168.1.10/bondinginfo.xml

After entering the above IP address, the Gateway will display coding illustrating sync rate data and Mac

address information. The example below illustrates the information returned when using the above IP

address, and notes where to locate both Bonded and Single Line Sync Rate statistics.
